Courtney is a native San Franciscan and eternal cat friend, who belatedly realized how much she and cats had in common, after her cousin told her, "Hey, I think you're a cat person." She especially likes cats because they're cute, feisty, and usually good judges of character. She's been catsitting since she was a teenager, with her friend's cat, Pepper, being the most memorable to date. Pepper was a friendly yet spicy tuxedo cat who loved human company. She liked sitting on computers, thinking of them as warm comfortable seats built just for her. Other regular cat friends include her neighbors cats who can be territorial and require a special touch.
